My experience with automotive projects began in 1980 when I purchased a 1940 Willys pick-up that was in very rough condition. I did whatever it took to rebuild and hot rod it into what I envisioned. Through this classic car restoration, I not only gained fabrication skills but also learned the importance of having a clear goal and vision for the finished custom car building project.
In 1982, I started working with Chick Brignolo on various automotive projects, helping to build many street rods and racers like pro-stock and funny cars, as well as engaging in classic car restoration and custom car building.
In 1989, I moved onto Powershop, where I began working on various automotive projects, including racing engines and components, as well as diving into classic car restoration and custom car building.
Following that in 1990, I started my own business first in Brockton then East Bridgewater, MA. For 28 years, I was self-employed, working on various automotive projects that included classic car restoration and custom car building, specializing in classic, custom, and exotic cars and motorcycles.
In 2019, I closed the doors to my previous venture. Taking my tools and machines, I moved to Maine to set up a small workshop where I could explore different ideas related to automotive projects, especially classic car restoration and custom car building, while also helping customers with their own projects.
I've completed thousands of jobs for hundreds of customers, ranging from small automotive projects like welding a crack to extensive multi-year endeavors such as classic car restoration and custom car building.
I believe I'm in business to help someone with their automotive projects, especially in classic car restoration and custom car building, something they cannot do themselves. I feel obligated to assist as much as possible while honoring the traditions of American engineers and machinists of the past.
Over the years, I've photographed many of the automotive projects I've completed, including classic car restoration and custom car building. I've added a variety of these images to the website, showcasing both old and new work that highlights different aspects of my capabilities.
Back in the day, there were no selfies. I was behind the lens instead of showcasing my work on automotive projects, focusing on classic car restoration and custom car building.
The following page is a snapshot of my prior automotive projects, including classic car restoration and custom car building.
